WP3 Monitoring and control will be led by GUT. In WP 3 high performance sensor materials for pH, oxygen and glucose, for integration in µ/ml scale reactors will be investigated in close collaboration with WP1. Novel multi-channel opto-electronic systems and luminescent imaging systems will be developed. Product formation of amines and ketones will be determined by the integration of NIR-spectroscopic methods. Finally new control schemes for biocatalytic processes using models from WP(5) will be developed for optimal process performance. Partners involved: DTU, GUT, IXF, LUX
