WP5. Fermentation development & production led by c-LEcta will involve 1) Optimization of fermentation conditions for efficient production of transaminases 2) Establishment of a simple and cost effective down-stream processing protocol for the biocatalyst 3) Development of a stable formulation of the enzyme and 4) Production and supply of enzymes to partners.Sensors developed in WP3 for monitoring critical parameters will be implemented. Also, the cost structure of the enzyme production process will be fed back for the assessment of the economic viability of the whole process by DTU. Partners involved: GUT
