WP6. Multiobjective biocatalyst screening led by UNIMAN in collaboration with c-LEcta. The objectives of WP6 are to design a high throuput multiobjective (temperature stability, activity, selectivity) screening protocol adapted for process conditions and to use this protocol to screen generated or in-house libraries of transaminase mutants or samples to find catalyst candidates with superior properties. A further objective is to investigate the speed of development of enzymes by integration of µ tools with the screening protocol. Partners involved: LUX, c-LEcta
